Widevinecdm Plugin Chrome Download Mac

I am trying to manually install the Google Widevine CDM plugin in Firefox 58.0.2 because the network does not allow redirects or software downloads from un-approved sources. I have used another computer on a unrestricted network to download the latest zip file from the redirector.govt1.com link I could find, and I have Google Chrome installed. End all Chrome tasks by right-clicking on Chrome entries and select “End task”. Now head over to method one and update the plugin using the steps mentioned. The module should update correctly and your Chrome might restart. Restart your computer and try playing any video. Hopefully, the problem will be solved. Solution 5: Reinstalling Chrome. For those with problems with IDM, a workaround wound be to add an exception telling IDM not to download the file. Go to Downloads Options, then got to File types tab, click the Edit list button, then add the following as exception:.903-win-ia32.zip The. will make IDM not download the file from any location.

I have tried creating a new profile, and tried dragging the zip file into a tab, I have tried manually installing it from options, and I have enabled debugging and tried to test install but got the errors with the manifest file. Any ideas on how to manually install the plugin?
